My ideas for my tree project included atmospheric, dark, foreboding forests (the tree canopy blocks out the light making forests seem more creepy), the Tudors and the symbolic Tudor rose and the ravens found at the Tower of London (I visited it in the past and took a few photos of the ravens). I loved the symbolic meanings hidden in all these objects (the tree, rose and raven) and eventually settled on dead trees with crows landing on them as the focus of my project.
